Novotex Italiana S.p.A. and GSC Group S.p.A. are proud to announce the creation of INTATA S.r.l., a new company established to redefine the finishing of synthetic materials for the automotive sector.

Novotex Italiana S.p.A. and GSC Group S.p.A. launch INTATA S.r.l.: a new joint venture driving innovation in synthetic material finishing for the Automotive Industry.

Born from the strategic joint venture between two leading Italian companies, NOVOTEX Italiana, a specialist in finishing for synthetic substrates in the Automotive industry, and GSC Group, a recognized leader in chemical solutions for the leather with a consistent know-how in the automotive industry, this alliance gives rise to a company “INTATA” dedicated to research, development, and production of innovative, sustainable, and high-performance finishes.

INTATA’s mission is to offer a new generation of finishing solutions for synthetic materials that enhances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability in automotive interiors. Thanks to the synergy between Novotex Italiana’s chemical and application expertise and GSC Group’s chemical and production know-how INTATA can offer complete and tailor-made solutions that combine innovative formulations, high performance, and full compliance with the regulatory and environmental requirements of the automotive sector.

Novotex publishes its first Sustainability Report

Investing, dedicating and committing its resources to reduce the environmental impact of its products and activities, giving sustainability high priority in its corporate policy, has always been part of Novotex’s mission.

The attention to the environment and people together with the commitment – present and future – towards sustainability are reflected in the first Sustainability Report, which Novotex is proud to present together with COIM S.p.A.

The document published here, based on data from 2021, accounts for the activities of both companies, which are part of the C.O.I.M. Group and operate in synergy.

Within the document, the sustainability issue is addressed by considering the three macro ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) areas and reports the actions implemented to monitor and reduce the environmental impact generated by production and processing activities, as well as the activities carried out to foster and capitalise on the development of people and wellbeing in the area in which we operate.

Novotex confirmed as CRIBIS Prime Company for commercial reliability

CRIBIS, a company specialized in providing business information on Italian and foreign companies, has awarded Novotex Italiana S.p.A. the title of CRIBIS Prime Company, which certifies the highest level of business reliability for an organization.
The CRIBIS Prime Company is a highly valuable acknowledgement assigned only to 7% of the more than 6 million Italian companies each year. CRIBIS allocates the merit using the CRIBIS D&B Rating, a synthetic indicator that, on the basis of a statistical algorithm, it is able to measure a company’s probability of generating severe insolvencies. For the calculation, different variables are considered, among which a company’s main profile information, indexes and balance sheet data, company seniority, payment experiences and the potential presence of negative information.
The CRIBIS Prime Company recognition is, as such, the highest level of business reliability for an organization, and it is allocated only and exclusively to companies which maintain constantly a high economic and commercial reliability record and a history of prompt payments towards their suppliers.

Novotex Bio-based Products: Performance and Sustainability for the complete range of PUs

The new range of Novotex’s bio-based products contains between 50-80% renewable source materials.

The advantage of this new generation of polyurethanes is to maintain the same chemical characteristics as those that are fossil-based while using the same application methods.

The technical performances of Novotex bio-based products are equal to, or in some cases better than, those that are fossil-based.

At the same time, they allow to reduce the impact on CO2 footprint in a perspective of continuous and increasing commitment to sustainability.
