The original PM3 company (‘Polyurethane for the 3rd Millennium) founded in 1999 was merged with Novotex Italiana in 2006.
This division is the distributor for Ding Zing Chemical Products Co Ltd from Taiwan who are a world leader in the production of TPU films.
The strategic direction of the business is product led:
- Ecological: to supply products solvent free, completely recyclable and non toxic
- Technology: high technical performance particularly abrasion resistance, good weldability, washability and thermal stability.
- Application: thanks to the flexibility of the products there are many applications in the fashion sector, clothing and technical textiles, performance footwear, automotive, building and decoration, etc.

Film characteristics
- Do not contain solvent, are non toxic and are recyclable
